Architectural Control (ACC) Information

The Architectural Control process is simple and easy. Please review the ACC Procedure Process and Complete the ACC Form for your project.
 
 

 
 
Why do you need to complete this paperwork you ask? The Architectural Control Committee is formed to maintain the esthetics of the neighborhood. The forms and procedures follow hand in hand with your deed restrictions. All forms are filed thru Harris County Clerk and are legally binding documents. The ACC committee has 45 days to review an application before voting and responding. The 45 days begins from the day a completed application is received.

Once you have complete your project please complete the letter of completion and submit the form to
acc2@tristarcm.net. The ACC will then begin the process of processing your refund. Without being notified
the management company nor the ACC are aware your project has been complete.
